Ingredients

  • 2-3Country Ham Hocks
  • as requiredWater, as Required, for boil
  • 30-50Homemade dumplings
  • 1 tsp each pinch and rolled to a ball
  • as requiredGarlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parsley, Salt, Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Ham hocks in water.

  2. 2

    After boil of meat is near done or done, trim off fat, reserve it, and return meat to pot.

  3. 3

    Prepare dumplings. Add seasonings and Drop dumplings into the boiling pot of meat. Cook 10-15minutes. Dumplings should float.

  4. 4

    Garnish with salt, Black pepper, Parsley. Serve in a bowl and enjoy! 😋
