Boil Ham hocks in water.

After boil of meat is near done or done, trim off fat, reserve it, and return meat to pot.

Prepare dumplings. Add seasonings and Drop dumplings into the boiling pot of meat. Cook 10-15minutes. Dumplings should float.

Garnish with salt, Black pepper, Parsley. Serve in a bowl and enjoy! 😋
