Ingredients

10 minutes
200gm
  • 6 piecesalmonds
  • 6 piecescashewnuts
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tbsppumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbspmelon seeds
  • 10-12 piecesGond
  • 1 handfulMishri dana
  • 1 handfulcoconut powder/laccha
  • 1/2 cupkhand or powder sugar/gur
  • 1 tspsaunf
  • 10-12Dana peppercorn crushed
  • 1 small cup lightly roasted Dhania
  • 3 tbspdesi ghee
  • 15 piecesMakhana torn into pieces or as whole

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat, the ghee and fry the dry fruits separately.

    Fry n crush the Gond, dry roast the Dhania along with sauf..churn into powder.

    After frying all the dry fruits whatever ghee will be left in the pan add the Dhania powder along with pumpkin n melon seed fry on low heat for 3-4 min.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas and add the fried dry fruits, Gond, crushed pepper, coconut powder,mishri and powder sugar..mix it well. Let it cool down completely n store it in an air-tight container.
