In a pan heat, the ghee and fry the dry fruits separately.

Fry n crush the Gond, dry roast the Dhania along with sauf..churn into powder.

After frying all the dry fruits whatever ghee will be left in the pan add the Dhania powder along with pumpkin n melon seed fry on low heat for 3-4 min.

Switch off the gas and add the fried dry fruits, Gond, crushed pepper, coconut powder,mishri and powder sugar..mix it well. Let it cool down completely n store it in an air-tight container.
