Steps

Take moong dal and wash it 2/3 times.

Put water, salt, and haldi n keep them for boiling.

Boil till it turns soft.

As the water gets dry off the flame put coriander leaves take Kadai put oil, jeera n leave for 3/4 minutes, and add in dal.

Sprinkle some garam masala, amchur powder, and red Chilli powder, and your masala moong dal is ready to Serve.
