Ingredients

  1. 350 gmsBoneless Chicken (diced)
  2. 1/2 cupcornflour
  3. 1/2 tspginger paste
  4. 1/2 tspGarlic paste
  5. 1Egg (slightly beaten)
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. 2 cuponion sliced
  9. 1/2 cupcapsicum sliced
  10. 1 tbspSoy Sauce (adjust according to strength)
  11. 2 tspGreen Chillies, sliced
  12. 2 tbspVinegar
  13. 1for green chilis for garnish

  1. 1

    Mix together the chicken, egg, cornflour, ginger and garlic paste, 2 tsp salt, and enough water so that the chicken pieces are coated with the batter. Leave this for about 30 minutes.Heat oil in a wok or a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the flame. Fry until the chicken is cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a wok, add onions, capsicum and stir-fry over high heat until they are translucent.

    Add the green chillies and saute for a minute.Serve hot, garnished with the green chillies.
