Steps

Wash the salmon and pat dry. Cover all sides in salt and pepper.

Melt the margarine/butter in a bowl. Add the minced garlic, oregano, rosemary and thyme. Mix well.

Split the lemon into thin slices and lay them on a bed of foil.

Put the salmon on top of the lemon slices.

Pour over the butter mix evenly along the salmon
- 6
Top with spinach.
- 7
Close the foil over your salmon, wrapping it completely.

Bake in 375c for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked.

Open your wrap and voila! Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
