Kerala Style Dal Vada or Parippu Vada.

Firstly wash dal, soak in water for 4 hours, strain it, keep aside for 1/2 hr.

Now take out 2 tbsp dal, keep aside. Grind rest of the dal coarsely, take out in a mixing bowl.

In goes all the ingredients one by one except oil. Add whole dal also, mix it well.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.

Now take small portions of the batter, roll it, give the shape of Vada. Make all the vadas in the same manner. Grease your palm with oil while making vadas.

Moderate the flame, deep fry them until light brown.

Take out on an absorbent paper, plate it. A nice combo with Tea or Coffee..
