At first, wash the rice properly and dip the rice for 1/2 hour in clean water. Now take a kadhai add milk and boil it. When the milk is less than 3/4 and stirs continuously on medium flame. When the milk is less than 3/4 then add rice to it and cook the rice till 70% on medium flame.

Now add sugar and stir continuously. Then add chopped dry fruits, kesar, and cardamom powder and mix everything well.

When the rice is cooked well, switch off the flame. Kheer is ready now. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool. Then take 5-6 hours in the refrigerator to cool. Now kheer is ready to eat. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Serve chilled and enjoy......😋😋
