Heat butter and oil in a pan.Crackle cumin seeds.Saute onion, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, chilli, ginger garlic,cashewnuts, Chopped Tomatoes and sugar.Mix it well.
Now add 500ml water, stir and cover. Cook for 10min. Turn off flame. Allow it to cool. Remove bay leaf and cinemon stick.And churn to make smooth paste. - 2
Mean while grate paneer Add salt and1tbsp arrarot.Mix it well. And add pinch turmeric powder in 1/4th part of grated paneer. Add 1-2tsp.water and knead like a dough to make smooth. And make oval shape balls. Make yellow colour small balls stuff in oval shape balls. Coat with arrarot and fry On a medium flame.

Take the grinded mixture in a pan.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd, kasuri methi,cream and salt. mix it well
Add 1cup of water to adjust consistancy. Mix properly. Now cut oval shape balls from middle and keep in a gravy. And give dhrungar. 1-2min.cover it. VEGETABLE EGG CURRY is ready to serve. - 4
Take a serving plate and serve with spinach missi roti with lachcha onion.Tasty and delicious
