Mix all the ingredients in a mixer,if you don't have a mixer you can knead with your hands but it will take longer,knead the dough for 30minutes with a mixer n 45 mins with hands

After kneading cut the dough using your doughnuts cutter or to your desired shapes and let it proof for 45mins to 1 hour.

After proofing fry on medium low heat

Allow it to cool before putting it in an airtight container
