Inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and healthy cuisine, all combined into one dish.

Heat oil until hot. Coat the chicken with cornstarch or potato starch, then fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Prepare all vegetables by dicing them. Slice the garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add all the vegetables except cilantro. Stir-fry over medium heat.

Add the broth and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened. Taste and adjust as needed, then add the fried chicken and mixed nuts.

Serve and garnish with cilantro or black pepper as desired.
