1yellow onion, petal cut

Place onions garlic olive oil BACON and butter in a large pot, saute onions till clear and bacon is done

Add 10 cups of water, Ham. Field peas..bring to a boil for 10 minutes

Reduce heat to simmer and add remaining ingredients...for an hour and ENJOY....SALT and PEPPER to taste
