For Dough:- Take a wheat flour in a paraat.
Chopped wash and rinse fenugreek leaves and add in a dough.Add salt and knead a dough.
Now add oil and punch on a dough to knead properly.Approx.4-5min. Cover and keep in a fridge for 10-15min. - 2
Heat oil in a pan.Crackle cumin seeds mustard seeds.Add chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste and saute. Add kasuri methi coursly crushed fennel seeds and coriandee seeds mix it well.

Now mix boiled and mashed potatoes red chilli powder turmeric powder salt garam masala dry mango powder black salt chaat masala cumin coriander powder mix properly.Lastly add chopped coriander sugar mix it properly.Turn off flame. Allow it to cool.

Now roll big roti from a dough.Make a traiangle shape stuffing and place it in a middle of roti.Flip all 3 sides And roll again. And roast on a tawa with ghee or oil.

Tasty healthy METHI ALOO PARATHA is ready to serve. SERVE WITH CURD AND STUFF CHILLI.
