  1. 1med size chicken
  2. 5green chillies
  3. 2red onions (cubes)
  4. 2-3lime
  5. 2tomatoes (diced)
  6. Ginger & garlic paste
  7. 1Cinnamon stick
  8. 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  9. Handfulcoriander
  10. Coconut milk (optional)

  12. Cubethe onions, dice the tomatoes, chop the green chillies thinly & coriander, squeeze the lime juice,

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the cinnamon Ginger garlic paste & onions until glassy

  2. 2

    Add coriander, tomatoes green chillies and stir till raw smell is gone

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric & then the chicken. Add water just enough to cover the chicken.

    Add salt to taste, add coconut milk (optional) & add the lime juice at the end.
