  1. 1 cupdried Tuver
  2. 1/3 cup Buttermilk
  3. 1 Tbsprice flour
  4. 1 Tbspbesan/gramflour
  5. 1 TbspRava/semolina/sooji
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspRed chillipowder
  9. 1/2 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  10. 1/2 tsphing/asofedita
  11. as requiredOil for greasing

  1. 1

    Soak the Tuver overnight

    Grind the Tuver to a paste

    In the grinded mixture add all the remaining ingredients to forma a batter

    In a pan put a teaspoon of oil and add the mixture and cook on low flame till brown and crisp. Serve with mint chutney and sweet tamarind chutney
