Chana Dal Chilla

Wash both dal properly and soak overnight. Strain the water. Take a mixer grinder add dal, green chilli, ginger and grind it well. Take it out in a bowl.

Add all the spices and little water to make a smooth batter. Heat a nonstick tawa. Spread the batter.

Apply ghee on the sides and cook from both the sides till golden brown and crispy. Take it out in a plate.

Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup and enjoy.....😋😋
