Moringa Oleifera is fast-growing and drought-resistant tree which is commonly known as Drumstic tree. It is also known as horse radish tree as the taste of roots resembles horse radish. The oil which we get from moringa seeds is known as ben oil, so it is also known as ben oil tree. This tree is native to Indian sub continent. India is largest producer of Moringa. It is also cultivated in Central America, South America, Africa and South Asia.
Moringa leaves , drumsticks and flowers are used in cooking as well as medicinal use. Every part of Moringa tree have great health benefits. Moringa leaves are rich in various nutrients like protein, vitamin B6, Vitamin C and iron. It also contains healthy antioxidants.
Research says that moringa leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It has 3 times more iron than spinach. This helps to boost your Immune system. It also has calcium, protein and amino acids which helps build muscle and body heal. Antioxidants in it protects cell from damage.
Because of it's health benefits and nutrients, it is considered as a powerful Super food. Here, I have prepared a very healthy paratha using moringa leaves.

Hello Deepaji. 👋 I made this paratha by following your recipe. Only that I did not have juwar flour, so I had to skip it. But they were delicious, soft and crunchy👌 Thank you for the recipe 🙏
