Wash and soak quinoa

Boil qinoa and cover so that all water is soaked

Heat up pan add mustard, red ch, curry leaves, and hing

Add tamarind paste, salt, turmeric and red ch

Add boiled quinoa, fried pnuts and dryfrits and fluff with fork
- 6
Healthy and flavourful quinoa is ready to serve
