1/4 cupchopped onion
1/4 cupchopped green pepper
1 tablespoonolive oil
15.5 ouncecan of Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 cupmilk
2 tablespoonschopped green chiles
1garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoonground cumin
1 cupdiced, cooked chicken breast
shredded monterey jack cheese and jalepeno peppers, optional

In a large saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in olive oil until tender.

Stir in beans, soup, milk, chiles, garlic and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Stir in chicken; heat through. Garnish with cheese and jalepenos, if desired.
