Ingredients

6 servings

6-6 ouncesalmon filets
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
1 tablespoonhoney
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
2 teaspoonsdried crushed red pepper
1 1/2 teaspoonsground ginger
1 teaspoonsesame oil
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoononion powder

Steps

Mix together all ingredients, except salmon. Place salmon in an airtight bag or container and pour mixture over salmon. Seal and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Remove salmon from bag, reserve marinade. Grill at 400 degrees until fish is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily with fork. Turn occassionally and baste with reserved marinade.
