Meatballs in a sweet-and-Sour Sauce

Meatballs:
Mix the mince, onion, parsley, curry powder,vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. - 2
Add the egg and mix through. Form small meatballs. Roll them in the cornflour.

Heat enough oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Keep warm.

Sauce:
Heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft. Add the bell peppers and sauté. - 5
Mix the cornflour, sugar, soy sauce and wine. Stir in the pineapple. Add to the onion mixture.

Simmer slowly until the mixture starts to thicken. Pour over meatballs.
