Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupkuttu atta
  • 1boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • someCoriander leaves chopped
  • As per tasteSendha namak
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspJeera powder
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • 1/2 cupPomegranate for garnish
  • as requiredGreen chutney for garnish
  • 1 cupcurd beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add kuttu atta mashed potatoes salt pepper green chilli coriander leaves add little water and make smooth batter not too thin nor too thick

  2. 2

    Heat oil.Drop batter in small sizes and fry in medium flame till crispy and brown.
    Allow it to cool

  3. 3

    Soak in water for 5 min.

  4. 4

    Take beaten curd mix salt and jeera powder

  5. 5

    Squeeze water from pakoda and mix in curd mixture.

  6. 6

    Mix gently

  7. 7

    Transfer in serving bowl
    Garnish with green chutney and pomegranate seeds.

    Serve immediately
