Dry Fruits Lassi

Dry roast cashew nuts, chironjee and almonds in a non-stick pan and let it cool.
Now in a mixer, add raisins, munakka, dates/khajoor (seedless), roasted nuts and milk. Blend them all nicely into a smooth paste. - 2
Take fresh thick curd in a large deep bowl and add the dry fruit paste, sugar as per your required sweetness and a pinch of salt. Blend them all together with an electric blender or a hand blender. Do not add water as Dry fruit lassi is served thick.

Refrigerate the lassi for around 30mins or till chilled.
Before serving, pour the lassi into serving glasses, add ice cubes and garnish it with chocolate shavings (optional), finely chopped dry fruits, fresh scraped coconut and few saffron strands.Serve Chilled!
