Wash all your vegetables and slices them keep aside

Add 2 cup of hot water then add your potatoes and little salt allow to cook for 10 mintues.

Add your tomatoes, red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, seasoning, spices, curry cook for 8 minutes.

Add your carrots, cabbage, green beans and onions.

Allow to cook for 5 minutes your soup is done.
