Simple fried rice

My late grandmother used to prepare this dish, very simple & quick preparation.

Ingredients

10 mins
3-4 people
  1. 2small bowl of plain cooked rice
  2. Left overs fried fish (any kind of fish)
  3. 30 gmdried anchovies
  4. 3shallots
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 4-5 piecesbird chillies
  7. 2eggs (beaten)
  8. 3-4 tablespoonscooking oil
  9. 1 pinchsalt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the anchovies till crispy (golden brown) & put aside.

    Shred the fried fish & put aside.

  3. 3

    Pound the garlic, shallots & bird chillies together.

  4. 4

    Heat oil & fry the mashed ingredients (garlic, shallots & bird chillies). Saute until the smell rises.

    In the same wok, fry the beaten eggs, stir till it becoming scramble.

    Add cooked plain rice & mix thoroughly.

  7. 7

    Also add the leftover shredded fish into the wok.

  8. 8

    Add a pinch of salt (to taste)
