Ingredients

10 mins
3-4 people
  • 2small bowl of plain cooked rice
  • Left overs fried fish (any kind of fish)
  • 30 gmdried anchovies
  • 3shallots
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 4-5 piecesbird chillies
  • 2eggs (beaten)
  • 3-4 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the anchovies till crispy (golden brown) & put aside.

  2. 2

    Shred the fried fish & put aside.

  3. 3

    Pound the garlic, shallots & bird chillies together.

  4. 4

    Heat oil & fry the mashed ingredients (garlic, shallots & bird chillies). Saute until the smell rises.

  5. 5

    In the same wok, fry the beaten eggs, stir till it becoming scramble.

  6. 6

    Add cooked plain rice & mix thoroughly.

  7. 7

    Also add the leftover shredded fish into the wok.

  8. 8

    Add a pinch of salt (to taste)
