Steps

In a bowl add saffron and 2 tablespoons of water and set aside.
In a bowl add cream, vanilla extract and add custard to it. Mix it well and set aside.

In a pan add sugar and water and bring it to boil on medium heat. Keep stirring occasionally until sugar has melted. Once the sugar has melted lower the heat
and add cream and custard mix. Add in the saffron water. Mix it thoroughly and turn of the gas. Cover it so it doesn’t cool. - 3

In another pan add butter and let it melt on medium to low heat. Add semolina once melted and roast the semolina until lightly golden and omits aroma. Add in the sugar syrup while stirring continuously. Once all incorporated add the warm milk and cook stirring continuously. Cook until it leaves sides and forms a dough like consistency.
Transfer in a greased tray and garnish. - 5
