Apple& cinnamon cake by Majdal 🦋🌼
The best cake to bake in Autumn.
Steps

Separate the white from the yolk of the three eggs, beat the whites first for 3 minutes then add then add the yolks and beat for another 2 minutes.

Add the oil, sugar, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, vinegar, and the pinch of salt, and continue beating for 4 minutes

Meanwhile, peel the apples and grate them, so as the lemon peels. Smash the nuts into small pieces.

Pour the mixture of the beaten ingredients into a bowl and add the grated lemon peels& apples, and the nuts.

Sift the flour& baking powder well, and add them all at once to the mixture and stir until they melt (( this SHOULD be done MANUALLY, NEVER use a blinder or a beater, and NEVER stir for more than one minute))

Paint the mold with oil and then sprinkle some flour to cover the mold from inside..

Pour the mixture into the mold, you can add apple slices between two layers of the cake mixture, and then you can add some slices on the top of it.

Heat the oven 10 minutes before baking, bake it on 180°C ((Never open the oven before 20 minutes)). It should take 20-30 minutes, based on the heaviness of the mixture and the oven nature

Don't get the cake out of the mold until it cools down.

Some grated sugar or cinnamon would be more than amazing on the top of your lovely cake.
