Ik portion main zeera or tora se salt dal kar mix kar lein.

Baki dough Ke again portion karain or ek main cocoa powder mila lein.

Ab zeera biscuit ki dough ko halke hath se bail lain or cut kar lain phar ek grease dish main thora gap se rakhen.

Isi tarah cocoa powder or plain dough to bail lein shape dein or bake kar lein.

Thanda karain or air tight jar main save karain.

EK pateele main koi b stand ya katori rakh k preheat karain 15/20 min. Biscuits ko preheated pateele main. medium flame pe 15 min bake kar lein.
