  • 1/2 cupPowder Sugar
  • 3Egg
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 pinchYellow color
  • 1/4 tspVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida aur baking powder ko chaan lein. Ek bowl main butter dalain or low speed par 1min beat karain or phir is main sugar dalain or medium speed par 2 minutes beat karain

  2. 2

    Phir is main 1st egg🥚 dalain or medium speed par 30 sec beat karain phir 2nd Egg🥚 dalain or beat Karian again 3rd egg 🥚 dalain or same time par beat karain. Teenon eggs ko One by One dal kar beat Karna hai.

    Phir is main vanilla essence dalain or mix karain or phir dry ingredients ko dal kar lightly spatula say fold karain or thora se yellow colour b add kar lain.

    Cake mold ko grease kar k batter dal dein or 2 3 dafa tap kar lain. Oven ko preheat Karian.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven 180°C. per 30min bake kar lein. Baking bad 20minutes k liyay thanda karein. Phir slices main cut kar lein. Baking tray par butter paper laga kar slices ko rakh dein.

  5. 5

    Dubara 180°C par 20 min k liyay bake karain or tray ko bahir nikal kar slices ko dosri side say bake karany k liyay side change kar dein.

  6. 6

    Cake rusk ko mukammal thanda kar lein or air tight container main dal kar save kar lain.
