Best summer drink. Had it at a friends house but he made his with ginger ale. And I think called it a Castro. This however is how they made it in Penticton with signature vodka. I like it with white rum much better. Double the recipe as this is just for one person.

If you like Mojitos or lime then you're gonna love these! Not overly sweet or "limey" but just the right mix of both! Use fresh lime juice!

I made this drink with fresh orange juice. It's very refreshing and provides relief from the heat.
