Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine the Margarine and Sugar.

Whisk in the Egg, Vanilla Essence and Water.

Wisk in the Flour, Salt and Baking Powder.

Divide the batter in half.

Combine the Cacao, Boiling Water and Baking Soda.

Wisk the cacao mixture into the one half into the batter.

Place a spoon of each batter into the cupcake holder. Use a knife or toothpick to give the batter a marble affect.

Bake the cupcakes for 20 min.
- 10
Wisk the Icing Sugar and Warm Water.
- 11
Dip the top of the cupcakes in the glaze.
