2 cups of urad dal should be soaked for 3 hours
Then it is to clean it and grind it in a grinder or put a little bit of 3 times in a mixer jar and add little rice flour,a pinch of orange color and a pinch of salt and grind it fine like a vada. - 2
To make Jeera(sugar syrup)
Add 2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a pan and put it on the stove and heat it on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes syrupy. Now add a pinch of orange color and mix. If you take the jeera in a spoon, it will come down like a wire. Now turn off the stove and add 1 spoon of lime juice and mix and keep aside - 3
To make the jhangri, use a plastic cone or a jangri cloth (with a small hole in the middle.)

Place a flat pan on the stove and add oil to a height of 1/2 inch and pour the batter through the hole of the jaggery cloth on medium flame.
Now the bottom of the jhangri is cooked. - 5
.After turn with a long wire or a stick, then the top part also cooked,
Takeout jhangari and keep it in the jeera for 5 minutes, press both sides and transfer to another plate. Now jhangari is ready to serve
