Ab is mein fry pyaz crush kar ke dal dyn aur mix kryn. (ab flame normal kar dyn) jaifal ka tukra kabab k cemner me rakh dyn.

Ab hari mirch aur hara dhaniya dal dyn aur (2-3 minutes)k liye dam pe rakh dyn.

2 minutes k baad jaifal nikal kar waste kar dyn. Ab garam masala powder dal dyn.
