Ingredients

12 pieces
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk (240 ml)
  3. 1/2 cupoil (120 ml)
  4. 3/4 tablespoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  6. 1.1 lbsshredded mozzarella cheese (500 grams)
  7. 1.1 lbsyuca starch (500 grams)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix until everything is well incorporated.

  3. 3

    Shred the mozzarella cheese.

  4. 4

    Add 10.5 oz (300 grams) of shredded cheese to the dough and mix for 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin.

  6. 6

    Evenly sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  8. 8

    Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
