Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1.5 literswater
  • 500 gtwisted macaroni
  • Handfulfresh spinach
  • 2 tbsOil and salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water to boil then add turmeric, Macaroni, oil and salt.

  2. 2

    When it's almost done add your plunged spinach and allow to simmer for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Could be eaten with any stew of choice

  4. 4

    Drain the remaining water add running tap water and drain
