  • Chopped Green pepper
  • Curry powder
  • cubeStock
  • Dry herbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Bay leaves optional

    Saute onion, green pepper & garlic in oil

    Mix everything and add stock cube, little bit of water,bay leaves if you have

    Cook covered for 30 min add salt and pepper to taste.
