Sometimes We need Craving to eat Something With Tea So Today I Decided To Make Naan Khatai in very Simple way and I Made This And Serve With Tea In front Of My Family and Everyone Like It and Say it's Taste Is Really Amazing ☺😚

Sometimes We need Craving to eat Something With Tea So Today I Decided To Make Naan Khatai in very Simple way and I Made This And Serve With Tea In front Of My Family and Everyone Like It and Say it's Taste Is Really Amazing ☺😚

In a bowl add ghee, sugar powder and mix well beat until creamy mixture and set aside.

Take a bowl add All-purpose flour, gram flour, semolina, cardamom powder, baking powder and sift together.

Now in ghee+sugar mixture add dry ingredient gradually, mix well, knead until soft dough is formed.

Take a mixture and makes 12-15 small Balls.

On baking plate/tray, place butter paper and naan Khatai balls.

Add Pistachios on top, egg yolk wash.

In pot, add salt, place any stand (2-3 inches high) cover and pre-heat on high flame for 15 mins.
(I use this salt many times so don't waste after use you can store this salt for again use) - 8
Place baking plate, cover and bake on medium low flame for 15-20 mins.

Naan Khatai is baked takeout and place on plate.

Serve With Tea....!!
