1 cupGreen Moong Splitted Dal
10-12Spinach leaves along with crush 2 green chilli
1 cupchopped Cottage Cheese or Paneer dices
fewchopped dice of colour ful Peppers, onions, tomatoes
someGrated Mozzarella cheese
as per requirementOil to roast the pan cake

30-40mins

Soak the Green Splitted dal overnight or 5-7 hours
Grind them into fine batter
Blanch the Spinach leaves and green chillies.

Now chop the vegetables in the cube shape..
Take the batter of Green Moong Dal plus Spinach add salt to the batter and mix them well.

Now take a non-stick pan and add some oil and grease the pan
Gently pour one ladder of green batter now place few vegetables as well as Paneer cubes, cheese and cook them for about 2-3 minutes now flip the other side and roast for a few seconds and now sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
