Ingredients

45 minutes
4 people
  • Idli
  • 1 cupsooji/rawa
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1pouch eno
  • For dosa
  • 2 cupMTR instant dosa batter
  • Coconut chutney
  • 1 cupcoconut chopped
  • 2 tspsattu powder
  • As required water
  • As per taste salt
  • Red chutney
  • 1/2 cupRoasted chana dal
  • 3-4dry red chillies, soaked in water
  • As per taste salt
  • 2 tsptamarind pulp
  • For sambhar
  • 1 cuparhar dal
  • 1 cupchopped veggies of your choice
  • As required salt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspsambhar masala powder
  • As required water
  • For tempering chutneys and sambhar
  • 2 tbspmusturd oil
  • 2 tsprai
  • Few sprigs curry leaves

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    For idli- mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Check the consistency. If too thick add little curd.

  3. 3

    Pour the batter in idli moulds and steam for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    For coconut chutney- grind all ingredients together and temper with the tempering ingredients.

  5. 5

    Red chutney- grind all ingredients together and temper with tempering ingredients.

  6. 6

    For sambhar- in a pressure cooker, add the dal, water, all spices, tamarind pulp and veggies and cook for 2-3 whistles on medium flame.

  7. 7

    For instant paper dosa- on a non stick pan, pour the readymade dosa batter. Cook for 5 minutes, drizzle some oil and flip. Cook from both sides and fold.

  8. 8

    Now assemble all prepared items on a platter and enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast!!
