For samosa : In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour. Add salt, ajwain,oil and water. Mix..it well and knead a semi stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for15 minutes. Mean while make a veg curry for stuffing. Once it is done. Keep aside. From the dough take a small ball roll it like a chapati not so think or thick. Then cut into two pieces. From one piece make a Samosa shape. Put the stuffing and close the edges tightly. Then preheat air for 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Then bake the Samosa for 10 minutes

Once it is done. Keep aside. Now transfer the samosa in a plate. Add curd as needed, rock salt, roasted fennel powder, roasted cumin powder

At last add sweet tamarind chutney. Once it is done.

Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve.as a starter.
