Chicken Kebab 😋😋
A healthy meal that's great for lunch or dinner.
Steps

Place the chicken in a food processor and finely chop.

Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, then strain out the excess liquid.

Add the strained onion and peppers to the chicken, then add the spices, finely chopped parsley, flour, and clarified butter. Mix everything together until well combined.

Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Shape into finger-sized pieces on skewers. Brush a baking sheet with oil, place the kebabs on it, and bake in a preheated oven. You can also cook them on a stovetop grill or grill pan.

When the kebabs are halfway cooked, brush them with the reserved onion and pepper juice.

Finish cooking in the oven. To serve, brush flatbread with the sauce made from the vegetable juices and added ingredients, then place it in the oven on top of the kebabs until lightly browned. Top the bread with some of the salad.

Serve with fried potatoes on the side.

For the parsley salad: Roughly chop the parsley, slice the onion into thin wedges, add sumac, lemon juice, seven spice blend, salt, and vegetable oil, then toss everything together.
