Veggie Chapati wraps

In a bowl take wheat flour and salt, oil. Add water and make semi soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Cook corn kernels

In a deep pan add oil, add finely chopped onion. Saute,add tomato, saute now add grated carrot, corn.mix well

Add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, sugar.mix well. Cook for 5 more minutes. Allow it cool down completely.

Roll out thin chapati and roast from both sides. Mix tomato sauce and mayo. Spread mixture evenly

Put the filling, add sliced cabbage and grated cheese. Fold it neatly. Heat the pan add oil and butter. Roast wraps till it becomes crispy. Serve hot. Enjoy

You can paneer also. It's a fulfilling dish which can be easily packed for kids.
