  1. 6onions
  2. 7 ozbacon pieces (about 200 grams)
  3. 4 tablespoonssour cream
  4. 1 sheetpuff pastry (round or rectangular)

20 to 25 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice the onions and sauté them.

    Lightly cook the bacon pieces to remove excess water (do not add extra fat).

    Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet, then spread the sour cream over it.
