Momo chutney or momo sauce is the main condiment. You can say Momos are incomplete without momo chutney. This spicy chutney can be paired with any other snacks too.
Cooking Instructions

In a broad pan add about 4 cups of water and turn on the heat. Add tomatoes. Trim chillies and discard the seeds and add them along with tomatoes.

Cook them for 4-5 minutes so chilles and tomatoes cook properly, then turn off the heat. Remove tomatoes and chillies from water and remove peels of tomatoes.

Now add tomatoes, chillies, garlic, sugar and vinegar in mixture jar and grind them in a paste.

Store in a clean glass jar. You can store this in refrigerator for couple of days.
Note:
1. Can add oil, once chutney is ready. It enhances the taste of chutney.
