Steps

Wash and rinse chillies and make a cut (don't cut into two pieces).

Remove seeds.

Fry these chillies in little oil. Keep outside once done.

Dry roast jeera, mustard seeds and fennel seeds and coarsely grind these.

Add little oil in pan, add coarsely masala and than in a bowl add curd and turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix it in pan.

Cook it till it's done than add chillies and salt.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes than add lemon juice.

Ready to serve.
