Green onion stalk very finely chopped
1 tspItalian seasonings
1/2 tspSalt
4 tbspSriracha Sauce

Boil potatoes and remove skin.

Pre heat baking oven on 120/80. Put potatoes in dish and smash them.

Put over seasoning, salt, green onion and then cover with cheese slice.

Put in oven and bake until cheese well melt.

Drizzle over sauces and enjoy.
