Heat the pan, add oil, once fully heated, lower the flame and add methi, kalongi, hing and stir it
Immediately add grated gazar and start sautéing
Say after 2-3 minutes add green chilli and masala, salt
Again stir it for 2-3 minutes and put the lid
Keep it on lowerflame - 2
After 2-3 minutes add tomatoes and put the lid
Let it cook for 5 minutes - 3
Add sugar and amchoor and switch off
Garnish it with hara dhaniya
