Ingredients

  1. 2plates of cooked rice
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped (or mashed)
  3. 1 stalkgreen onion, finely sliced
  4. 1egg, lightly beaten
  5. 3 tablespoonstomato sauce
  6. 2 tablespoonsRaja Rasa sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonoyster sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. Optional toppings:
  11. Fried or scrambled egg
  12. Shrimp crackers
  13. Shredded fried chicken (I skipped this)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the egg and scramble. Lower the heat: add the rice, Raja Rasa sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and mix well. Add salt, sliced green onion, and sesame oil, and mix again. Increase the heat, stir briefly, then adjust the seasoning if needed. Remove from heat.
