Makassar Red Fried Rice

When I'm really craving fried rice, I make this red fried rice Makassar style. It's not spicy; it's red because of the tomato sauce. I use tomato sauce made in Makassar 😻. This is a simple version 😃, using ingredients I have on hand.

Steps
- 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the egg and scramble. Lower the heat: add the rice, Raja Rasa sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and mix well. Add salt, sliced green onion, and sesame oil, and mix again. Increase the heat, stir briefly, then adjust the seasoning if needed. Remove from heat.
